Cuddle Pittsburgh

1.

Cuddle Therapy

I proud to say that I completed my certification in professional cuddling with Certified Cuddlers in January and June of 2018 in Portland Oregon under the guidance of Samantha Hess, a pioneer in the industry.   I offer acceptance and appreciation for who you are now... right this very moment.  I offer connection and fulfillment.  More specifically, I offer platonic cuddle sessions for about $1.40 per minute. (with session times between 30 minutes and 3 hours)

Cuddle Sanctuary

As I have continued my journey, I am grateful to say that I had the pleasure of studying and certifying with the folks at Cuddle Sanctuary in Los Angeles, California.  There I solidified a facilitator status for Cuddle Socials, a great way to teach consent and platonic touch to multiple people.  I have been offering consent workshops and cuddle socials, along with self-care and circling events for over a year now.

Horticultural Therapy

Crystaltherapy encompasses so much more than cuddles.  I am excited to announce my continued education in horticultural therapy.  I have completed Bidwell Training Center's accredited program for horticulture and will work to complete the necessary steps for a certificate specializing in the field.  I am also working to create ZenScapes, a business focused on the design, installation and maintenance of intentional spaces that incorporate elements and earth.  Offerings include indoor and outdoor sensory gardens for you, your pets, and your partners.  Please inquire!  I love to chat about my mission.

To Be Continued...

I plan on continuing my education and experience in psychology, boundaries, consent, and connection.  I am currently working towards my bachelors in Psychology at the University of Pittsburgh, along with a certificate in horticultural therapy.  I am also enrolled to continue my consent and connection work via Cuddlist and Authentic Revolution.  Future goals include study in the Wheel of Consent and Authentic Relating, along with the Marie Kondo method and alternative therapies.

Therapy Sessions
My Approach

My approach is simple.  Touch therapy works.  As a student of psychology and healing I have learned that forgiveness, mindfulness, and positive thinking are vital for our mental health and overall well being.  I believe wholeheartedly in obliquity, or the individuality approach.  What works for someone does not work for everyone.  Please ask me more!

About me

My name is Crystal and this is my dream.  Heal the world with hugs.  I am the mother of two beautiful children who have inspired me to grow and work towards my long-term goal of owning a business and changing the world.

Getting Help

Don't be afraid to ask for help.

And please take a look at my catalysts below... those are just a few... my lifelong journey with martial arts, too many beautiful individuals to list, the most recent "grid" (completed in 1989) are also included... my inspirations are endless... and they 100% include you.
